Shephard Keystone Projects ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
When you use the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address and a description of your project. Our website does not use tracking cookies.
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out work you've asked us to do. We don't sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email through Web3Forms. Our website is hosted on Netlify. Both act as processors on our behalf and don't use your information for their own purposes.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or project, and for record-keeping as required by law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email shephardgonese95@gmail.com or phone 068 794 0238. You may also complain to the Information Regulator at inforeg.org.za.
